New York movie theaters and pool halls have been asked to be re-opened on Friday while the social gatherings like weddings and such events can resume from March 15. While keeping the capacity to 50 percent and crowd fewer than 500 Massachusetts can have indoor concerts.
Travel restrictions are being lifted in Pennsylvania. They are also revising the caps on gatherings.
